What is the name of that video game where...?

You play as a kid, who wears a red baseball hat concealing his face, and a blue denim jacket, carrying around a remote control or zapper. you enter a school and have to solve some kind of mystery, encountering moving, talking TV shaped robots. You are given math questions and if you answer correctly, you get a clue. When you've assemebled enough clues, you can guess where the evil scientist is hiding. It's a MS-DOS game if that helps.
