Help in copying data through MS DOS.... Plsss help me.?

You do realize, I hope, that straight DOS cannot read NTFS drives (which is the WinXP and up default) but that the DOS box you are using is actually under Windows. Xcopy will work. For help just type xcopy /? and a help box will come up. If, however, you are planning on booting to an actual DOS disc you will not "see" your hard drive.
