My air conditioner is not working in my apartment. What Can I do?

I would look in your lease and see if it says anything about working ac. From what I have read here in NC, if it is in the lease, they have 30 days to fix it or that breaks your lease. Not sure how that goes where you though. Look up the landlord tenant laws for your state.
