Is this guy using me?

I am dating this guy for about a month now, I am 20 and he is also 20 years old he is Mexican but he was born and raised in America, the only reason why I am dating him is because he is super cute and I have heard from mutual friends that he is a great guy, very funny, loving and nice. And I discovered that he is. So anyway, we started dating he is a real nice guy, always calls me beautiful and we both talked about the fact that I am not going to have sex before marraiage and he says that he can respect that. He told me that he is a very romantic guy and that he is still a virgin. Lately I feel like he is using me, because he was texting me a lot in the begining of the relationship, but it seems that after we went to the movies together in where he touched my chest under my shirt, I don’t mind very much since I like him. Wha do you guys think? Was it too much that I let him touch me like that? So, yeah now he doesn’t text me at all very much but it seems when im around in person he seems all over me, he makes me sit in his lap and always wants to makeout and kiss and if I say no then he gets a pissy look on his face. I feel like hes using me, and I feel like crying because I like him. What do you guys think?
