OK, so guy problems HELPPP?

so there's this guy and he goes to a dif school then I. We;ve been dating on and off, like dates not boyfriend and girlfriend. I really started liking him the last time I saw him, but he became distant. He had a girlfriend at some point and I found out by the girl telling me to back off. I confronted him and he told me he thot we weren't dating, but we've been flirting and talked about kissing?We see each other pretty much once a month but i'm startting yo rely like him, so i told him that and he said we'll hang out friday, the next day he texted me and told me he had other plans and couldnt hang out, so i told him i didnt want to talk to him anymore. But i regret it because i miss him and atm i wouldnt mind even just ttexting....It's not my first time I told him i was done, but wha do i do?
