Partners want for sex is really high recently had a c-section finding it hard to satisfy him?

i have recently had a c-section 4 weeks ago. and my partners sex drive is really high i am finding it hard to sexually satisfy him constantly and i also want to have sex with aswell, but i have heard you have to wait for the go ahead off your gp first. wha can i do?
