What are the best things to put in my 2003 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor if i'm looking to "beef" it up?

i want to make my car fast. what parts can i put in it? and what brand is recommended for the certain part. like superchargers, turbos, cool air intakes, performance chips, exhaust. things like that. i want to know what brands are good and what needs to be done. money is not an option. thanks in advance!
