i am 13 and i am 5 foot 2 inches. i weigh like 110. am i fat. i have a belly and i want to impress. my two best friends are 5 foot 3 inches and weigh 100 and 95. i want to be super model skinny, what shood i do....be specific. like what should i eat and when and what shood i do to work out like good workouts for me to get skinny fast.
