Call of Duty Black Ops map pack problem?

i just bought the escalation map pack from the store for PS3 and ive been trying to download them for a while but it still says its at "1% Pending" What does that mean. i had to do a system update in the middle of downloading them so maybe thats it? anybody know anything about it or wha i can do to get it to dowload?
