Should I tell him what others say about us?

I guess it's apparent to people that I like him, well call him D . A guy I've barely ever talked to, let's call him T, asked me if I like D because we act like eachother alot, I denied liking D because I've never talked to T before this. I dont really kniw what to do. Should I tell D wha T said?
